This certification recognizes that MBA CSi’s quality management system demonstrates our ability to consistently provision IT, Cyber, Integrated Engineering and Workforce Augmentation Services that meet applicable regulatory requirements while focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction.

MBA CSi’s decision to achieve the ISO 9001:2015 certification outlines our continued commitment to the delivery of quality services to the federal government. “This achievement further demonstrates the hard work and dedication of our employees and marks the next evolutionary step for MBA CSi as we continue to expand our client footprint and corporate growth strategy implementation”, stated company President, Lou Coleman.

The certification audit process was a two stage effort that spanned 2.5 days. The processes for all major aspects of the company to include Human Resources, Recruiting, Program Management and overall Corporate Management activities are outlined in this Quality Management System. Maintenance of the certification will require annual surveillance audits over the next two years followed by a full recertification effort in year 3.
